Minnesota Opens Second LIHTC Round

Minnesota Housing announced that about $500,000 in low-income housing tax credits are available in the second round of its 2012 program.

Applications are due by 5 p.m. Jan. 31.

In November, Minnesota Housing approved funding awards totaling more than $52 million through various programs, including tax credits.
