FMR Materials Released
The proposed fiscal 2010 fair market rents (FMRs) are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
However, you can see some of the tables and background materials at www.huduser.org/datasets/fmr.html.
Once the FMRs are published, there will be a 30-day comment period.
The FMRs are important because they are used in a number of housing programs, including determining payment standard amounts for the Housing Choice Voucher program.
