As part of the full-year Continuing Resolution funding bill passed by the House and Senate (H.J. Res. 20), and signed into law yesterday,
the Mark-to-Market program has been extended through September 30, 2011!!!! This extension will allow the Office of Affordable Housing Preservation (OAHP) to continue to provide the service of preserving affordable housing.
