Friday mix: HUD notices and bill tracking
- HUD is requesting comment on its "remote monitoring" procedures for labor standards and on a form for returning funds once labor standards problems are resolved.
- There's also a comment request on the form for reporting "excess income" from subsidized projects.... and yet another on the request to withdraw money from replacement reserves or "residual receipt funds."
- There's an environmental impact notice for an East River waterfront project in Manhattan.
- The 2007 appropriations bill, H.J. Res. 20, is now tracked on the THOMAS appropriations boxscore page as the "4th Continuing Resolution." The "All Congressional Actions" page on the bill currently reflects legislative action up through yesterday's cloture vote in the Senate.
