HUD's logic model forms are posted

HUD has just posted the logic model spreadsheet forms that are to be used in a huge variety of grant programs to clarify recipients' goals and quantify the steps taken to reach them. Programs covered include the whole Continuum of Care panoply, Secs. 202 and 811, HOPWA, HOPE VI, the Brownfields Economic Development Initiative, and more.

You can download the Logic Models most easily via the HUDCLIPS "What's New" entry for today (4/27/06) as long as it's available on that screen. Folks returning to this item after about three months can search for the HUD-96010 in the HUDCLIPS forms library.

Incidentally, when you open these files don't think, "wot, they've given me a blank spreadsheet?" In at least the couple of sample files I've just opened, the form texts do appear, they're just placed a long way down the page below several thousands of blank spreadsheet cells.
