As expected, here's the official Federal Register edition of the extra "Difficult Development Areas" created in the hurricane recovery GO Zones to add tax advantages to subsidized low-income housing development as we discussed yesterday.

Today HUD is also asking for comments on its monthly housing voucher processing system.
