Friday mix: Cal. BOE, lead safety, and more

In housing news this morning:

- A couple of weeks ago we mentioned we were researching a dispute over property tax exemptions at the California Board of Equalization. The AHF print-edition story, which includes links to Web sites with more detail, is now posted on our main page.

- HUD has a final rule and a proposed rule posted today on amendments to its procurement regulations. Comments on on the proposed rule are due March 14.

- Thanks to HAC News for spotting Tuesday's publication of an EPA proposed rule on lead paint safety standards for renovations, repairs, and painting. Public comments are due April 10.

- The HOME Program has posted its Dec. 31 monthly reports.

- A few days ago, HUD announced $33 million in ROSS "self-sufficiency" grants.

- The Federal Housing Finance Board has issued its quarterly list of institutions to be reiewed for community support peformance.
