- The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency has posted its final 2006 Qualified Allocation Plan and several other documents for developers of tax credit housing: the preliminary tax credit application, "forms and general information regarding DHHS targeting plans and the Key Program," and an updated guide to disability accommodations and modifications.
- The NLIHC Memo to Members reports that HUD officials have agreed to attend a second hearing on the agency's Katrina response, after declining to appear alongside FEMA officials last week.
