CDFI Fund publications and more

The official editions of those recent Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund grant program announcements are out in today's Federal Register. There's the revised interim rule for financial assistance to CDFIs, notably addressing the use of retained earnings as matching funds... the NOFA for the "CDFI Program," which combines the application processes for Financial Assistance and Technical Assistance grants... the NOFA for Native American CDFIs... and the promised amended Bank Enterprise Awards NOFA, which is the one I couldn't find on the CDFI Fund site last week.

Also today:

- New announcements and a proposed rule in FEMA's flood insurance program.

- HUD has announced some $18 million in fair housing grant awards.

- Bids are due tomorrow for a HUD sale of unsubsidized multifamily and healthcare loans.

- HUD is asking for comments on its 203(k) application process.
