LIHTC investment in the Federal Register

Every once in a while the investment and trading sides of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) show up in the Federal Register. Today it's a Notice of application for an order granting relief from certain provisions of the Investment Company Act of 1940 as they would apply to a couple of series within a larger group of housing tax credit funds set up by The WNC Companies.
