Ohio Housing Launches Research Office

THE OHIO HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY (OHFA) has launched its Office of Affordable Housing Research to help guide the implementation of housing policy and initiatives throughout Ohio.

“With the creation of this new venture coupled with the OHFA annual plan, we will strategically identify and address affordable housing issues throughout Ohio,” says OHFA Executive Director Doug Garver. The office will be led by Holly Beard, a researcher who has been involved in evaluating federally funded initiatives.

OHFA will collaborate with the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and other colleges and universities.
