Summary: This bill would reauthorize the programs for housing assistance for Native Americans. Extends block grants appropriations through FY 2012. Prohibits HUD Secretary from requiring grant amounts to be used any sooner than the Indian housing plan provides for the use of said grants over more than one FY. Ads Subtitle B: Self-Determined Housing Activities for Tribal Communities. All recipients of grants must make regular reports to HUD Sec. as requested. HUD Sec. must review entire program’s actions and effectiveness in 2011, and submit report to Congress by Dec. 31, 2011.
