ATTENDANCE POLICY To ensure the highest-quality learning and networking event, attendance is reserved exclusively for people who are primarily owners and developers of apartments. Because we have a restrictive attendance policy, the registration form is only an application. Do not make travel plans until you have received acceptance via e-mail. We are not responsible for any travel plans made before acceptance. Registration Procedure:
REGISTRATION FEES The regular registration fee is $695 per person. If you register before January 31, 2006, you qualify for our Early-Bird registration fee of $595 per person. If three or more people attend from the same company, you will receive a 5% discount on each registration. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Omni San Diego Hotel Rising at the entrance to the city's Gaslamp Quarter, the Omni San Diego Hotel is centrally located in the heart of San Diego. The guest rooms offer stunning views of the San Diego Bay, the downtown skyline, or the San Diego Padres ballpark. A limited number of rooms are reserved at a reduced rate of $209.00 single/double at: Omni San Diego Hotel 675 L Street San Diego, CA 92101 Phone: (619) 231-6664 For reservations, call (800) THE-OMNI (800-843-6664) and identify yourself as being with Apartment Finance Today's Developer Conference. After February 15, 2006, rooms may be available at the regular hotel rate. THINGS TO DO IN SAN DIEGO San Diego has plenty of options for leisure activities. From golf and tennis to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, you will never get bored. For more information on what to do while you are in San Digeo, go to www.sandiego.org. For specific information on golfing options, click here. GROUND TRANSPORTATION San Diego International Airport is located just 4 miles from the Omni San Diego Hotel. A taxi will cost approximately $10.00 to $15.00. ATTIRE AND CLIMATE Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. In San Diego in March, daytime temperatures average 66 degrees, and evening temperatures average 54 degrees. There is a chance of rain. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 31, 2006, or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. You must cancel your hotel reservations separately and may be responsible for a cancellation fee from the Omni San Diego. Name changes are permitted at any time. |
