Legacy Names Addition to SoCal Office
Timothy J. O’Brien has been
named senior managing director and
partner for Foster City, Calif.-based
Legacy Partners, in the firm’s office in
Irvine, Calif. Previously, O’Brien was
the West Coast operating partner for
Fifield Cos. in Irvine, where he led the
acquisition and development of more
than $1 billion in high-rise residential
development in Los Angeles, San
Francisco, and Hawaii.
Centerline Hires Director, SVP in NYC
Tim Hallock and Gary Romaniello have joined Centerline Capital Group.
They will both be based in the Vienna,
Va.-based firm’s New York City office.
Hallock was appointed as a director.
Hallock was most recently with Bear
Stearns. Romaniello was named a senior
vice president. He formerly served
at Merrill Lynch. Centerline is actively
recruiting from the investment banking
community to support its agency
lending practice expansion.
Enterprise Elects Four Officers
Enterprise Community Investment,
Inc., a real estate investment services
firm based in Columbia, Md.,
announced the appointments of four
new officers in its capital markets,
structured finance, and tax credit syndication
business lines.
On the capital market side, Kari R.
Fitzpatrick was named vice president
of investment management. Bill
Ostrye was selected vice president of
fund analysis. Tom Eastman was
appointed vice president of tax credit
syndication, and John Ducey was
elected vice president of structured
finance.
