Lonnie Spraberry has been named
executive vice president
of construction
for The
Morgan Group, a
multifamily developer
based in
Houston. Spraberry
previously served as
regional vice president.
Before joining
Morgan in 1998, he managed construction
operations for the Finger Cos. in
Houston.
Freddie Mac
Hires New VP
Mike Perlman has joined Freddie
Mac as executive vice president for
operations and technology. Perlman
will be responsible for managing mortgage
origination and servicing, investment,
and capital markets operations,
and information systems divisions. He
previously served as a managing director
at Morgan Stanley
Loan Pro Joins MBA
Jan Sternin has been appointed senior
vice president of commercial/multifamily
at the Mortgage Bankers
Association. Sternin formerly served as
senior vice president of Midland Loan
Services, Inc.
Quinn Elected as
MBA Chairman
Kieran Quinn has been elected
chairman of the board for the
Mortgage Bankers Association. Quinn
is chairman of Column Financial,
Credit Suisse’s mortgage lending subsidiary
based in Atlanta. He is responsible
for managing Column Financial,
U.S., and Column Guaranteed, its
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal
Housing Administration lending operation.
